Planning your visit? Here’s everything you need to know about buying tickets, exchanges, accessibility, and more.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online with a credit card up to one hour before showtime. If seats remain, tickets are also available at the door—cash, Visa, or Mastercard accepted.
How can I save on tickets?
Check out our 26–27 Season Flex Pass and save up to 20% off single ticket prices: 3-Show Pass: $75 + fees or 4-Show Pass: $99 + fees Valid for MainStage productions: Sunday in the Park with George, Radium Girls, An Old-Fashioned Family Murder, Seussical & Tuck Everlasting. (Excludes A Christmas Carol.) No blackout dates—use anytime!
Or bring a group! Groups of 10+ may receive automatic discounts at checkout (discounts vary by show - Check show page for details).
Why is there a service fee?
A small, non-refundable service fee is added to each ticket. This fee helps us cover costs from our ticketing provider, ArtsPeople, and applies to all online and in-person purchases.
Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Refunds are not available. However, you may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show online, as long as you do so at least two hours before your scheduled performance. Service fees remain non-refundable.
Which browsers work best for online sales?
We recommend Google Chrome or Firefox for the smoothest experience. Internet Explorer and Safari may cause difficulties.
Is the theater accessible?
Yes. We are proud to welcome all guests. Seats 9-12 are wheelchair accessible. Accessible seating is limited and must be reserved in advance by emailing our Box Office at info@lakecountryplayhousewi.org.
Do you offer school group rates?
Yes. Academy Series student matinees are available for groups of 10+ at a reduced, tax-exempt rate of $12 per ticket.
Can I rent the theater?
At this time, our facility is not available for rentals.
