We are making some exciting changes at Lake Country Playhouse & The Performing Arts Academy. We have spent the better part of the past 2 years exploring how best to support our ever-growing organization, and will be spending the next 2 years transitioning to a new organizational structure, including BOTH a Board of Directors and Management staff.

LAKE COUNTRY PLAYERS INC. | Board of Directors Composition

The Board of Directors shall consist of the following elected Executive Board Officers: President, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-President. The Board of Directors shall also contain the following standing committees co-chaired by 2-3 Members at Large: House/Facilities, Development/Marketing, Productions. (13 Members)

We are in the process of filling out (2-3 Co Chairs + additional committee members) the following board Committees by July 2023:

HOUSE & FACILITIES: Building Maintenance, Box Office, Hospitality/House Management
DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING:
Fundraising, Marketing, Events
PRODUCTIONS:
Technical, Props/Costumes, Sets.

Commitment: Board of Directors Meetings take place on the 3rd Monday of every other month, unless a special meeting is called by the President. Committee meeting take place on the opposite months at a time agreed upon by the committee members. Only the Co-chairs are required to attend both Board and Committee meetings.
