We have a NEW ENROLLMENT SYSTEM as of fall 2021 for class registration. This system will collect your registration information, signed release forms, and ticket purchases for all LCP & Academy productions in one place, send you confirmations of your enrollment/purchases instantly, and allow you to edit your personal information anytime.

ACCOUNT SET-UP & REGISTRATION

Step 1: Visit our “Select A Class” Enrollment Page. Review the class descriptions and then select the class name for which you would like to register - This will take you to the "Log In or Sign Up” page.

Step 2: Enter an email address (NOTE: this will be the contact email for class correspondence). Click NEXT

Step 3: Choose and confirm a password for your account. (or if you have previously purchased tickets with us, use the one already associated with your account/email). Click LOG-IN

Step 4: Enter or Update your “Customer information” page. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE

Step 5: On the “Household Members” page, enter each household member who may register for classes, including name and birthdate. Click SAVE

Step 6: Use the SIGN button under “release signed?” to the right of each participants name to sign a release

Step 7: Use the pencil icon to the right of each participants name to update allergies or medications we should be aware of.

Step 8: In the other notes section please include the Full Name - Phone # of up to 4 authorized pick-up people. These are the ones we are allowed to release your children to after an Academy Program. Click SAVE

Step 9: Once you have added each of your participants, click CONTINUE

Step 10: On the “Select Household Member” page, choose the participant whom you would like to registered in your selected class. Click CONTINUE

Step 11: On the “Review Your Order” page, confirm the details of your enrollment. To use a coupon, enter the code into “Do you have a code” box and click APPLY. To add more than one class, click CONTINUE SHOPPING to navigate back to the “Select A Class” Enrollment Page, and repeat the process until you are satisfied with your cart. While you are still logged in, you can also navigate to the upper right side of the the “Select A Class” Enrollment Page and MANAGE MY HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS if you wish to update or add any information.

Step 12: Finally, enter your VISA or MASTERCARD information, confirm your billing address is correct, and click the blue COMPLETE ORDER button.

HELPFUL HINTS:

  • You must set up your patron account (if you have not already done so for LCP ticket purchases since April 2021) & household in advance of registering.

  • The ArtsPeople enrollment platform works best using Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers.

  • We suggest using a computer rather than a smart phone to set up your account/household.

  • Having trouble registering? Some of our families have been experiencing error messages when trying to set up their accounts so - We will set it up for you! Please fill out the enrollment request form and we will call you to complete payment once we have completed your account set-up on our end.
